Extreme Cleaning, Inc. has been the go‑to kitchen exhaust hood cleaning company since 2002, now operating across 13 states. We're looking for an experienced Lead Technician to join our Sioux Falls team. You'll run a crew, manage job sites, and make sure every client gets a top‑quality clean — on time, every time.

• Lead a crew of technicians on commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning jobs
• Power wash hoods, filters, ductwork, and rooftop fans to NFPA 96 standards
• Drive a company vehicle and manage equipment on job sites
• Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on every job
• Travel regionally with occasional overnight stays

• Prior experience in hood/exhaust cleaning, pressure washing, or related trade work
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to lead a team and hold people accountable
• Comfortable working evenings, nights, and some weekends
• Able to climb ladders, access rooftops, and lift up to 50 lbs
• At least 18 years old

• Starting at $22.00/hr — higher for the right experience
