CNC Field Service Engineer (Sioux Falls, SD; SD

As a Field Services Engineer, you’ll support clients across a locally defined territory in the Sioux Falls, Minneapolis or Kansas City markets. You’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge technology while partnering with a diverse client base—all within an organization that truly backs its service technicians.

This role is not a national "road warrior" position. While travel is required, it’s focused on local clients within your territory (expected 50% paid travel). The team enjoys low turnover and thrives on variety, different sites, new challenges, and continuous learning.

The focus will be on the Dakota markets. You will be responsible for day-to-day field service which may include servicing, troubleshooting, installations and/or preventive maintenance as you launch from home most days.

• Perform field service, installations or preventive maintenance as required.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times.
• Take ownership of all service cases, projects, and maintain customer records and technical documentation.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Experience installing, maintaining and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers, with a focus on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects.
