Seal Pros Asphalt Paving & Maintenance is hiring for the summer season as a Light Equipment Operator to support our Paving, Maintenance, or Grading teams. Base pay is competitive and an incentive bonus is available.
Benefits are free and extend through the off season, with full-time opportunities for high performers. Operate light equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, rollers, and compactors, working with a crew to meet deadlines and follow Foreman direction.
