Journey Structural in Sioux Falls seeks a Steel and Precast Erection Foreman to lead field operations for erection crews on hospitals, schools, and commercial projects. You will own safety, quality, and pace, coordinating crews, materials, and equipment while staying close to the work and delivering daily results.
With at least five years in steel/precast erection and strong leadership, you will run JHA processes, communicate across GC teams, and mentor the crew.
