SCR is seeking an experienced HVAC/R Service Technician to perform service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. This role requires strong technical and customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. • Perform service, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC and Refrigeration systems
• Use diagnostic tools and techniques to identify HVAC/Refrigeration system issues and provide effective solutions
• Communicate with customers to explain service needs, offer solutions, and ensure satisfaction with completed work
• Ensure all HVAC/Refrigeration systems are properly calibrated to manufacturer specifications
• Replace faulty parts, components, or systems as required, following industry best practices
• Accurately complete service reports, maintenance logs, and other required documentation
• Adhere to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies
• Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and product updates to provide high‑quality service
• Check into customer systems and software, log hours and notes via mobile technology such as iPads, cell phone, etc.

• Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), safe work practices, and prompt reporting of hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Degree/Diploma/Certification in HVAC/R
• Universal EPA Certification
• 5‑10 years of hands‑on HVAC/R commercial service experience
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Current, valid driver's license
