Finish Carpenter or Framer

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team! You will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood.
• Install structures and fixtures like windows, doors, and cabinets.
• Frame walls, floors, and roofs.
• Perform trim carpentry tasks.

Hours:

• 7am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)

Skills:

• At least 1 year of experience in carpentry or framing, particularly in residential construction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and general construction practices.

Job Type & Location

This is a permanent position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. PTO, paid holidays, 401k, health insurance - try to be competitive with a big, commercial company Company truck.
