Diesel Technician Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Assist diesel technicians in inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing diesel trucks and trailers
• Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tire services
• Use hand and power tools safely under supervision to complete repair tasks
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines in the shop
• Document work performed and parts used in service orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support senior technicians with more complex diagnostics and repairs
• Provide friendly, professional service to drivers and customers
• Participate in company-provided technical training and certifications
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends, as needed
