Insulation Installer
As an Insulation Installer, you will be responsible for installing various types of insulation materials at residential and commercial job sites. You will load and unload materials from the company vehicle, and at times, you will be tasked with loading the hopper machine while another installer completes the physical installation of insulation. Additionally, you will prep drywall and walls for texturing, mask windows, stomp ceilings, and perform general cleanup on job sites.
Responsibilities- Install various types of insulation materials at residential and commercial sites.

- Mask windows and stomp ceilings.
- Conduct general cleanup tasks on job sites.
- 19/hr - 21/hr
- Pay Depending on Experience
- 1-2 years of general construction or hands-on general labor experience.
- Proficiency in using tape measures, power tools, and hand tools.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, drywall, and using spray guns.
- Valid driver's license.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Leadership qualities.

Work Environment
Work begins at 7 am and continues until the job is completed, which may extend as late as 7 pm. The work environment may include dust and varied temperatures; insulation work can be colder in winter and texturing work may be hotter in summer. Candidates must be comfortable working in these conditions and should be adaptable to working independently with minimal direction.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
