Job Overview
Position:
Operator – Full Time, at Landmarc Environmental Systems, LLC, Sioux Falls, SD.
- $17.00–$30.00 per hour pending experience/qualifications

- Living in hotels & traveling between states 100% of the time
- Walk long distances, up and down steeply sloped landfills and outdoor terrain
- Perform heavy manual work, lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a non‑consistent basis
- Work in extreme (hot and cold) weather conditions safely, including on very odorous project sites
- Clean up work areas, clean and fuel vehicles and equipment as necessary
- Available to work overtime and weekends if necessary
- Assist site supervisors with materials and equipment needs and collect supplies for projects
- Perform system construction activities safely and properly
- Fuse HDPE pipe ranging from 2"–36"
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment
- Conduct pre‑operational checks, clean, lubricate and refill equipment as necessary
- Work with ground personnel in excavation and installation of laying pipe online and grade
- Ensure trench is excavated to proper depth/grade; conduct trench work meeting ISO ISA requirements
- Operate Excavator, maintain awareness of surroundings, perform routine cleaning and maintenance
- Gradable slopes: 1:1, 2:1, 3:1; cut grade with minimal time to ensure production schedule
- Assist with groundwork if necessary; step out of equipment when appropriate
- Landfill construction experience preferred, oil and gas pipeline experience
- 5+ years of experience operating excavator, dozer, articulated dump truck
