Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota

• Lead and supervise a team of 1-8 individuals in the installation of commercial HVAC systems.
• Reads and interprets drawings, design models, sketches, and project specifications to determine sequence methods of fabricating, assembling, and installing products, materials, and equipment required to complete project.
• Sets RTUs, Curbs, Splits Systems and Equipment.
• Installs TDC, S&D, Black Iron, and Stainless Duct.
• Collaborate with project managers to plan and organize workflow, including material allocation.
• Communicates and works with fabrication shop personnel to ensure timely fabrication and delivery of fabricated material for each job.
• Train, mentor, and provide guidance to HVAC apprentices.
• Travels outside area and works overtime as needed.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Professional appearance.
• Valid drivers license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional licensing, technical training, or certifications in HVAC or sheet metal fabrication a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and sheet metal fabrication techniques.

• Working on job sites in all weather conditions for prolonged periods of time.
• Be able to work at height, including ladders or lifts, and in confined spaces.
• Must have the physical strength to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50lbs, and have the balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina necessary to complete jobs in various areas.
• Pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check are required.
