Facilities Maintenance Technician
Location:
Sioux Falls, SD
Pay: $21-$24/hour
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
We are looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will provide services and maintenance for systems such as demolition, carpentry, key & locks, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. This role requires expertise in groundskeeping, labor work, and building maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on demolition, carpentry, key & locks, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Conduct groundskeeping duties and general labor work.
- Ensure all building maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Essential
Skills:
- Experience in building maintenance, groundskeeping, and labor work.
- Ability to perform maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.
Additional Skills &
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to work from ladders and climb stairs.
- Comfortable standing or walking for long periods.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
- Adaptable to working in an outdoor environment with exposure to inclement weather and varying temperatures.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
