Installation Coordinator

The Installation Coordinator processes sales orders, supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in installation, schedules workers to fulfill installation orders, and coordinates installation with customers.

• Communicate with customers to schedule new system installations.
• Work with sales department to ensure customers projects are being done in timely manner and in proper order.
• Coordinate and work with HVAC installers to ensure productive workdays.
• Monitor installers schedule and be prepared to have work projects ready when they are done early with installation jobs.
• Work directly with HVAC dispatch to provide assistance when available.

• Evaluate materials and inventory to maintain organization structure.
• Develop and implements procedures for monitoring work activities.
• Oversee follow-up of service with customers to ensure quality standards are met.
• Review and approve all installation-related invoicing to ensure accurate payables.
• Schedule city inspections and order inspection permits.
• Assist with answering customer calls as needed.
• Meet with city inspectors.
• Lift, move and stage equipment in preparation for sold jobs.
• Responds to inbound calls, emails and requests for information.
• Maintain duct cleaning schedules.
• Prepare HVAC bids for Property Management companies.
• Promote safety, teamwork, and cooperation.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, training and seminars, as assigned.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from co-workers, clients, customers and the general public.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3+ years of customer service or office experience
• Experience leading a team or department is preferred
• HVAC industry experience preferred but not required
