Teaching Assistant

Compensation & Schedule

Wages: $17.25/hour + experience dependent.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM.

You will work with children to help them fulfil their educational goals and dreams, solving problems and finding creative solutions to challenging situations. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a pediatric inpatient setting and be part of a mission‑focused organization that values employees.

• Provide direct care and support to children with a wide range of diagnoses and treatment needs.
• Implement individualized care plans and assist in reducing maladaptive behaviors.
• Assist children in achieving their educational goals and personal growth.
• Work collaboratively with a pediatric team to deliver high‑quality care.

• High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for some positions; not all areas require a driver’s license.
• Training will be provided for first aid, individualized care plans, and behavior management.
