$600 Sign‑On Bonus Available!

HOURS: Full‑Time, 40 hours, Monday‑Friday; with occasional evenings and weekends.

SALARY: $18.00 – $20.00 dependent on experience and qualifications.

LOCATION: Onsite, Sioux Falls, SD

LSS Wraparound is a family‑centered program that supports at‑risk children and families by building on their strengths, connecting them to community resources, and creating individualized plans to keep families safely together.

The Family Partner uses lived experience with mental and/or behavioral health challenges personally or as a parent/guardian to support and empower families.

• Provide advocacy and support to families and youth facing challenges.
• Connect families to community resources and services.
• Offer parenting support and coaching.
• Assist with home management skills to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and community partners.
• Travel locally and occasionally out of town as required.

• Compassionate, empathetic, and attentive listener.
• Reflective, objective, and non‑judgmental coach or mentor.
• Mediator, facilitator, or bridge between families and agencies.
• Ensures each family is heard and their individual needs are met.

• High School diploma or GED (required).
• Lived experience parenting a child who has received mental or behavioral health treatment; or involvement with cross‑system services such as Juvenile Justice, Mental/Behavioral Health, Special Education, or Substance Use Disorder treatment (required).
• At least 21 years of age.
• Willingness to submit to record checks for criminal convictions related to children or gender‑based violence.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance or ability to obtain one.
