Position: Residential Technician at The Arch - Carroll Institute

Job Title: Residential Technician

Location: 516 W. 12th Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57104

Pay Range: $18.00 - $23.49/hour

Schedule: Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week (10-Hour Shifts) | Overnights

As a Residential Technician, you will:

  • Supervise and support residents to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Uphold our mission of creating pathways to brighter futures for at-risk individuals.
  • Help residents adjust by providing orientation and guiding them through daily tasks.
  • Ensure compliance by enforcing policies, maintaining documentation, and managing incident reports.
  • Conduct property searches for contraband and ensure a safe environment for residents.
  • Perform urine collection for drug screenings when required.
  • Work closely with a dedicated team of professionals to create a positive, welcoming environment.
