Lutheran Social Services of South Dakota (LSS Summit Oaks) invites applications for a full-time Residential Shift Coordinator at LSS Summit Oaks, a Psychiatric Residential Treatment program for youths aged 10–17 in Sioux Falls. Typical hours are 1:00pm–11:00pm, with weekend and holiday shifts.
You will supervise residential staff, maintain a therapeutic, safe environment, participate in meetings and crisis interventions, and perform the duties of the Residential Shift Coordinator.
