Salary $175,000 - $215,000 per year

We are at the forefront of the intersection between artificial intelligence (AI) and entertainment. Our flagship product is an AI character studio that allows users to create, interact with, and share AI characters which have varying skills - from seeing everything on your screen to interacting with these characters in AR/VR.

In this role, you will oversee a talented team of engineers focused on developing high-quality software products that meet the demands of our users. Your leadership will empower your team to embrace challenges, innovate, and deliver impactful products in a fast-paced startup environment. You will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction of our projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring that we adhere to best practices and industry standards.

• Lead by example and be a hands-on developer as an integral part of our worldwide engineering team.
• Research, evaluate, and integrate latest technologies in the AI, Crypto, and Productivity/Entertainment space.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers in developing software products that align with the company's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
• Implement best practices in software development to enhance code quality and team efficiency.

• Proven experience in software development and engineering management roles, particularly in a startup environment.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Go, and Rust.
• Demonstrable skills in both Backend and Frontend development at large scale, such as React, Tailwind, Node, Redis, Mongo
  
  DB, and Docker.
• Strong proficiency in AWS cloud infrastructure at scale, AI LLM Inference, Stable Diffusion, and AI Model fine-tuning.
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining large scale GPU infrastructure and shipping products.
• Experience in EVM and Solana blockchain, image recognition and object detection systems a plus.
