Must reside within 30 minutes of Sioux Falls, SD.

Part‑time, On‑call availability required. 2–3 24‑hour On‑call shifts per week with flexibility to pick up extra shifts based on coverage needs.

• Compensation: Competitive pay, $23.00 per hour, plus a $2.00 overnight shift differential.

• Provide professional ground transportation for surgical teams, specimens, and critical medical equipment.
• Ensure timely pick‑ups and deliveries while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and TAM operational procedures.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and fleet maintenance tasks.
• Maintain constant communication with logistics coordinators and respond to dispatch calls within 10 minutes.
• Handle medical specimens and sensitive cargo with utmost care and precision.

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 39‑month driving record.
• 2+ years of driving experience.
• EVOC Certification preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
• Experience in medical transport, logistics, or professional driving a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods.
• Reliable cell phone access and availability for on‑call shifts.
