Pay & Schedule

• Pay:
  Up to $22
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
• Overtime: As required based on business needs
• Employment Type: Full-Time | Hourly

• Track and maintain paperwork for each semi-trailer shipment
• Process and ship direct orders once invoiced
• Direct drivers and customers to the correct facility for loading and unloading
• Enter purchase orders and maintain accurate shipment records
• Print, manage, and update orders in the order management system
• Answer general shipping and receiving phone calls
• Communicate with suppliers regarding hardware needs and lead times
• Receive and process Fastenal and other hardware deliveries
• Download, organize, and scan shipment photos and paperwork daily for Accounting

• High School diploma or GED required
• Logistics, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Clear communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
