Preform Solutions, Inc. located in Sioux Falls, SD is a local, trusted, manufacturer of plastic products for the packaging industry, with over 20 years in Sioux Falls.

Preform Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Class-A
CDL Driver to move product between our production facility and warehouse, both located in Sioux Falls, and assist the Shipping/Receiving department. Ideal candidates will have a great driving record and be self-directed.

• Assist in safely transporting materials between company warehouse locations (locally)
• Load materials for transport, and unload materials, using forklift
• Verify items being transported and quantities using a PO Sheet
• Ensure product is unloaded timely and placed in Warehouse in an organized manner
• Work in the Shipping/Receiving area to pull and stage product, load trucks etc. when there is not a need for transporting product
• Hook, move, and drop trailers in company parking lot
• Communicate dock information to truckers waiting to load/unload product

• Must possess a Class A CDL
• Must have a medical card or be willing to obtain one by start date
• Forklift experience preferred
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn/complete driving and non-driving duties on a regular basis
• Team player--a positive can-do attitude is a must in this role

Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, there could be some overtime to assist with moving trailers or loading a truck at the end of the day. At times, there may be a need to flex part of a day during the week and have the person in this role work a few hours on a weekend morning to move product.

Starting rate is $24/hour
