Truck Driver, CDL
Immediate Opportunities:
Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers
- Average $120,000 annually
- Travel required, up to 100 percent
- 10k retention bonus

- Travel regionally to work at various locations as needed.
- Perform multi‑stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships.
- Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages.
- Use a scanner to scan products during unloading and delivery.
- Dispatch times will vary depending on work assignment.
- Drivers can expect to be away from home 1 to 3 weeks per assignment.
- Drivers will travel to the assigned location and work from there for the duration of the assignment.

- Valid Class A CDL required.
- Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
- Currently hold, or have the ability to obtain, a non‑exempt interstate DOT medical card.
- 1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years in the last 5 years.
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
- English language proficiency as required by federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)).
- Work the required schedule, work at the specified location, complete a Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation and drug screening.
- Must be able to work in a constant state of alertness and maintain safety for self and others.
- Must be able to see and hear; vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Must move frequently, stand, walk, sit, and use hands to touch, handle, feel, and reach.
- Must lift or move up to 50 lb (23 kg) regularly; may occasionally lift or move up to 100 lb (45 kg).
- Must legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit the vehicle and rear cargo area.
