We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers to a dedicated regional fleet. Drivers operate established routes throughout the Midwest and surrounding states and return home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
This is a driver-unload position
, so applicants should be prepared for an active delivery role.
Home Time: Weekly
Reset: 34 hours
Average Miles: Approximately 1,750/week
Average Loads: Approximately 2/week
Average Earnings: Approximately $1,900/week
Top Earnings: Approximately $2,300/week
Trailer: Dry van
Freight Handling: Driver unload with rollers
Drivers make deliveries throughout a multi-state operating area that includes:
Missouri, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota
Routes and assignments may vary within the account's operating area.
THE WORKThis position combines regional driving with hands-on delivery work.
At customer locations,
drivers unload the trailer using rollers
. Candidates should be comfortable performing the physical duties associated with unloading freight throughout the route.
If you're specifically looking for no-touch freight, this position will not be the right match.
THE PAYDrivers average approximately $1,900 per week
, with top weekly earnings of approximately $2,300
.
Compensation includes mileage and load pay, with an additional safety and on-time mileage incentive of up to 3% of mileage pay
.
Actual earnings vary based on miles, loads, routes, schedule, performance, and other applicable compensation factors.
THE SCHEDULEDrivers are home weekly for a planned 34-hour reset.
Because drivers take the truck during home time, an approved parking location will be needed. Drivers will coordinate with account management to determine a safe and secure location for the equipment.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORApplicants must have:
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to meet applicable DOT qualification requirements
- Ability to safely perform driver-unload duties
- Authorization to work in the United States
