Job Description – Material Handler-Forklift Operator
Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Start Date: January 2, 2026
Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour depending on experience
Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM
Length of Assignment: Initial 3–6 months, with potential for longer-term employment
Equipment Requirement: Steel/Composite Toe Shoes required
Job ResponsibilitiesOperate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts.
Unload and accurately receive deliveries.
Store products in designated locations and record in inventory management system.
Select and pack customer orders.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Follow all safety procedures and perform daily safety inspections.
Ability to perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment including lifting up to 70 lbs., cutting wire, climbing ladders, and staying active in various temperatures depending on location.
Commitment to safely operate warehouse equipment and correct use of all PPE (personal protective equipment).
Good attendance, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to perform tasks quickly and accurately.
