Forklift Operator – Nordica Warehouses

$18.00–$19.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Nordica Warehouses is a Third‑party logistics (3PL) company operating three warehouse complexes across the Sioux Falls area. We serve a variety of customers while maintaining a small, tight‑knit team environment. Our success is built on reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork that keeps our operations running smoothly.

We’re looking for an experienced forklift operator who’s confident on a lift and willing to pitch in wherever needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys steady, hands‑on work in a warehouse environment.

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the shift (sit‑down and stand‑up)
• Load, unload, and stage pallets for inbound and outbound shipments
• Verify product counts and maintain organization in warehouse areas
• Stack pallets and handle product manually as needed (up to 50 lbs)
• Assist with basic warehouse upkeep — sweeping, cleaning, and organizing during downtime
• Follow all safety and quality procedures to ensure accurate, efficient workflow

• Can comfortably operate a forklift for an 8‑hour shift
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and stack pallets safely
• Isn’t afraid of physical work or helping with general cleaning and upkeep
• Shows reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
• Works well in a small team setting and communicates clearly
