Starting base rate is $22.00 per hour plus $1.00 shift adder on 2nd shift, and $1.50 shift adder if working 3rd shift. After successful completion of the 6‑month probationary period the base rate increases to $25.50.

Operations

Schedule:

This site operates continuously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Scope of Work:
Work in a warehousing environment, occasionally lifting boxes that weigh up to 50 lbs. Requires at least two years of experience in leadership or training. The role is physically demanding, requiring work on feet during the shift. Responsibilities include leading a line of 7–10 temporary associates and working in a high‑stress atmosphere.

Work Schedule:

Technicians are usually scheduled Monday–Friday and may be scheduled any day of the week, including weekends or holidays when necessary. Typical work hours are 8.5 hours per day. Two shift options are available: second shift 2:00 pm–11:00 pm and other shifts assigned based on business needs. Technicians are expected to be willing to rotate to any shift.

Overtime may be required on weekends and/or holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead a production line, ensure quality and integrity of products, use core warehousing technologies, solve problems proactively, improve processes, and ensure safety compliance.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must have 2 years of leadership or training experience
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
• Experience problem solving with large equipment
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing safety behaviors
• Ability to learn on the job in a dynamic environment
• Wear required safety PPE
• Lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to bend, stoop, climb, stand and move around on stairs, ladders and platforms, and twist, turn and bend
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment with extreme temperatures, humidity and loud equipment
• P&G provides on‑site training
