Boutique Fulfilment & Inventory Manager

Filly Flair is a fast‑growing online retailer. We are seeking a Fulfilment & Inventory Manager to lead our warehouse operations and support shipping, receiving, and customer service.

• Manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth intake, shipping, and customer service processes.
• Lead, encourage, and keep the warehouse team on track, enforcing standard procedures and driving overall efficiency.
• Develop and execute warehouse improvements and strategies to cut costs and improve performance.
• Work closely with shipping, receiving, and customer service departments to solve operational challenges.
• Handle small HR tasks for warehouse personnel, including time‑off requests and scheduling part‑time help for busy seasons.
• Maintain a positive, high‑energy workplace culture and act as a role model for teamwork and accountability.

• Ability to lead, plan, and manage change.
• Adaptability to a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making ability.
• Financial management and budgeting knowledge.
• Inventory and retail management experience is a plus.

• Degree in Business or related field preferred but not required.
