Role Overview

The Part‑Time, Temporary Screen print/Warehouse Associate supports warehouse, fulfillment, and production operations during high‑volume periods, seasonal demand, and special projects. This hands‑on, fast‑paced role is ideal for a dependable, detail‑oriented individual willing to jump in wherever support is needed. The associate will assist with warehouse operations, order fulfillment, screen print production support, screen‑room prep, inventory organization, and general production floor tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse & Fulfillment Support
    • Assist with receiving, sorting, labeling, and organizing inbound shipments
    • Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders accurately and efficiently
    • Fold, bag, tag, barcode, and label garments according to order requirements
    • Support large fulfillment runs, seasonal projects, rush jobs, and special deadlines
    • Help load and unload shipments for deliveries to printers, decorators, vendors, and partners
    • Prepare orders with proper packaging, labels, packing slips, and carrier requirements
    • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Inventory Support
    • Label, store, and organize inventory correctly
    • Assist with inventory counts and basic reconciliation as needed
    • Screen print Production Support
      • Load and unload garments onto the press with speed and consistency
      • Assist press operators with setup, breakdown, and job changeovers
      • Help maintain production pace to meet daily output goals
      • Stage garments, screens, inks, squeegees, floodbars, and other production materials
      • Monitor basic print quality, including placement, ink coverage, and consistency
      • Alert the production team quickly when print issues, garment defects, or production delays are noticed
      • Assist with heat press, finishing, catching, flashing, curing, and other basic production tasks as needed
    • Screen Room & Ink Support
      • Assist with reclaiming, cleaning, and inspecting screens for reuse
      • Help coat, image, expose, wash out, tape, and prep screens under direction
      • Stage job carts with screens, inks, squeegees, floodbars, and related supplies
      • Help ensure jobs are prepped and ready ahead of production schedules
      • Assist with organizing screen room supplies, ink inventory, and production materials
      • Support ink mixing and Pantone color matching when trained
      • Follow chemical handling and safety procedures
      • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe screen room and ink area
    • Equipment & General Support
      • Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and label printers
      • Handle garments, screens, boxes, and production materials throughout the shift
      • Follow established warehouse, production, and safety procedures
      • Communicate clearly with warehouse, production, and press team members
      • Support other production floor or warehouse tasks as assigned
    Requirements
    • (Preferred but not required) 1+ year of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping/receiving, production, apparel, or a similar hands‑on role
    • Screen printing, apparel production, or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
    • Familiarity with inventory systems is a plus;
      Zoho experience is a bonus
    • Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
    • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
    • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
