Smithfield Foods, Inc. is seeking a Wave Planner to optimize order allocation, release work to the warehouse floor, and balance workflow to meet customer needs. You will assign wave times, staging, and pick assignments for teammates and monitor inbound/outbound truck turn times.
The role requires 2+ years in warehouse or distribution, familiarity with SAP and MS Office, and strong teamwork and communication skills. A relocation package may be available and the environment is fast-paced.
