POSITION SUMMARY
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
The schedule for this position is Monday‑Friday; 5:00am‑1:30pm (rotating Saturdays). Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lifting of 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment when handling commercial tires.
- Apply a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Work comfortably at heights of up to 25 feet while operating equipment, ensuring safety.
- Remain on the move, on feet for extended periods, and be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to an environment of safety, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments (e.g., e‑commerce, inventory, will‑call) as business needs arise.
- Perform any other job‑related tasks as instructed by a supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exert pushing forces up to 40 pounds. Handling of commercial tires requires team lifts or mechanical equipment. The employee may be exposed to weather conditions as they occur. Noise is usually moderate. Fumes associated with tires, car parts, and lubricants are present.
Protective equipment required includes steel or composite toe‑boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and a self‑retracting lifeline; all are provided by U.S. Auto Force except for steel/composite toe‑boots.
QUALIFICATIONS- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
- One year of warehouse or logistics experience.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Compliance with all company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations.
- Forklift certification or ability to pass certification.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Team‑player attitude.
- Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana).
