Attention Office and Customer Service Professionals! Department Representatives perform intermediate administrative and support functions within the unit. We are hiring a Department Representative to work with our Specialty Loan Documentation Team. If hired, you will learn about loan processing while leveraging your administrative experience and customer service skills.
Competitive pay: $21.00/hour minimum.
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 8am‑5pm.
Performs a wide range of intermediate administrative and support functions within the operating unit, section, or department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Composes correspondence, updates and maintains records, creates spreadsheets, forms and templates, prepares and formats documents using multiple software programs.
- Assists work area personnel with special projects, generates reports, compiles statistics, summarizes data, and may review documents for accuracy and conformity to established standards.
- Answers, routes, and places telephone calls, receives/sends messages, distributes and sends mail, greets visitors, and schedules appointments.
- Responds to internal and external customer requests for information and maintains awareness of subject matter experts for effective referral.
- Schedules and coordinates meeting facilities and equipment, takes minutes, and distributes approved minutes.
- Performs other work‑related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Stay up to date on relevant laws and regulations and complete all compliance training on time.
- Knowledgeable of and comply with bank policies, procedures, laws, and regulations that apply to the job.
- Maintain customer confidence and protect the bank’s operations by identifying and protecting confidential information.
Education and Experience: Minimum:
Two years of office, administrative, or related experience; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.
Preferred: Specific business unit area related experience.

Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrated word processing and spreadsheet software skills, Internet research abilities, good communication skills, keyboard 35 wpm.
Language
Skills:
Read and interpret documents, write routine reports and business correspondence, interact effectively with customers and employees.
Mathematical and Reasoning
Skills:
Ability to calculate figures, apply basic algebra and geometry, solve practical problems with limited standardization, interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
The employee is required to sit, use hands, reach, talk, hear, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl. Must lift or move up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
Working ConditionsThe work environment is usually moderate noise level and typical office conditions.
