• Minimum of 7+ years of Business Travel experience required
• Good understanding of online as well as offline business
• Thorough understanding of Finance and Travel domain
• Strong NDC experience
• Good knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Travelport/Galileo)
• Good experience as Business analyst – writing user stories/acceptance criteria/defects/user testing
• Ability to identify underlying issues instead of symptoms reported by users
• Strong skill in tracking and managing own work
• Provide root cause analysis for problems, identify, and implement fixes
• Good interpersonal skills to guide and influence cross-functional teams
• Be comfortable with working in a metrics and SLA driven environment
• Project management disciplines
