What you’ll do
- Lead pre‑qualification submissions and support pursuit teams with technical and non‑technical proposal materials.
- Maintain a library of standard company and department assets and project files.
- Maintain internal databases, conduct data entry and support data integrity for the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Assist with and coordinate preconstruction activities throughout the sales process.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing and other duties will be assigned based on the role within the business unit.
- Able to organize and coordinate a heavy workload of overlapping priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with Adobe CC (specifically InDesign) at a beginner level or higher.
- Experience working in a CRM; preferably Salesforce.
- Candidate must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem solving, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work professionally and reliably under tight deadlines.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to be self‑motivated, proactive, and a team player.
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, vendors, clients, and others.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience.
- Minimum two years of experience working in a construction, architectural, or engineering firm (highly preferred).
- Combination of education, training, and relevant experience is acceptable.

- General work environment: sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
- Noise level is typically low to medium; it can be loud on a job site.
- Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
