Ventures Aide:
- Must be an adult (Licensing prefered,age 21+)
- Some college credit related to Early Childhood/Teaching OR a Montessori Teaching Certification
- Ability to care for children, communicate with parents and co-teachers, manage a classroom of up to 15 children, and apply team leadership when necessary.
- Must be able to work as a team, interact with children, supervise play and activities, and report to Ventures Coordinator.
