Job Description

• Deliver high-quality instruction in food and beverage operations, including service techniques, beverage knowledge, and mixology—both in theory and hands‑on settings.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of service standards, service styles, and beverage operations.
• Plan and develop course outlines, lesson plans, and instructional materials that foster student learning and professional growth.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely academic reports and feedback.
• Support and oversee the management of the college’s training restaurant for instructional use.
• Develop academic outputs or service‑related innovations and contribute to food & beverage research or product development.
• Assist with F&B‑related events and activities organized by the college.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in food and beverage service in hotels or restaurants.
• In‑depth knowledge of food service operations, restaurant business standards, cost control, and premium service levels.
• Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital teaching tools.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
