Worley is seeking Wells Intervention Technicians for the Santos Pikka site development project in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska. These technicians will work under the supervision of the Santos Completions and Well Testing site supervisor, performing maintenance, equipment servicing, and manual labor in a remote Arctic environment. The ideal candidates are safety‑focused, physically capable, and able to thrive in challenging conditions as part of a team.

• Class D Driver’s License and insurability by Worley’s auto insurer
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• North Slope Training Cooperative (NSTC) certification (Worley can provide training if needed)
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, kneel, crawl, reach, and work overhead in harsh Arctic conditions
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs., push/pull up to 90 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders, scaffolds, and equipment
• Ability to wear and utilize fall protection
• Willingness to work in a remote environment with limited medical resources
• Adherence to safety policies and procedures

• One year experience with flange identification, triplex pump, bolt‑up, or basic rigging procedures
• One year experience in a Wells Intervention environment
• Experience or previous employment with Worley
• Alaska residency and ability for short notice mobilization
