Position: Process Engineer Enterprise Risk Management (Hybrid)
Location: Harbor Point Office, Baltimore, MD (Locals only)
Duration: 6+ months
We are seeking a Process Engineer to support the Enterprise Risk Management team within the Transformation Office, a strategic shared services function handling high-priority projects. This role focuses on streamlining and re-engineering global incident management processes across 15+ incident types, including IT security, operational risks, resilience, and other related areas. The initiative has an international, cross-functional scope and requires a highly experienced process engineer to drive efficiency and optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and refine incident management workflows to ensure efficiency across a global framework.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments for alignment and seamless execution.
- Apply Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational resilience and incident escalation processes.
- Strong process engineering expertise in large enterprise environments.
- Specialized knowledge of incident management and escalation processes.
- Financial industry experience is a plus but not required.
- A bachelor's degree is mandatory; however, experience is highly valued.
