Wipro is seeking a visionary Physical AI Practice Lead to build and scale next-generation autonomous industrial services by converging Industrial AI, Robotics, and Connected Enterprise (OT/IoT/Edge). This leader will drive Wipro's end to end service offerings from Industrial AI to embodied, autonomous systems that can sense, reason, act, and learn (SRAL) in real-world environments, delivering measurable improvements in productivity, safety, and operational efficiency for our global customers.

This role will lead Wipro's evolution from data-driven Industrial AI → real-world autonomous execution (Physical AI) by enabling systems that can sense, reason, and act in the physical environment using robotics, computer vision, and intelligent automation.

• 15–20+ years in:
  Robotics / Industrial automation / AI / Industry 4.0
• Proven track record in:
  Building and scaling automation or robotics practices
• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (Robotics/Mechatronics/AI preferred)
• MBA preferred

• Growth of Physical AI revenue, pipeline, and deal wins
• Scaled deployments of autonomous systems and robotics
• Measurable client outcomes (efficiency, safety, productivity)
• Creation of IP, accelerators, and reusable platforms
• Capability build-out and talent development

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $ to $. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
