What you'll do:- Meet with clients and prospects, build personalized retirement strategies
- Turn conversations into lifelong client relationships — fee-based investments, fixed-indexed annuities, life insurance
- Learn and grow alongside a team that's just as driven as you are
- A natural relationship-builder who's also a closer
- Coachable, hard-working, ready to grow
- Financial planning experience preferred, but strong communicators with solid market knowledge welcome
- Active Life & Health Insurance License
- Active Series 65 or 66
- Client-facing experience a plus, not a must
Compensation: base salary + commission + bonus potential.
