Overview
Always Best Care Jacksonville is a state licensed and nationally accredited private duty Home Health Agency serving Clay, Duval, and St Johns Counties. We are seeking experienced caregivers who are nurturing, compassionate, dependable, and warm-hearted.
Pay Range: $/hr

- Provide health care services in client's residence
- Perform domestic and household tasks
- Transport and accompany clients to doctors' appointments or errands
- Monitor clients’ vital signs and report on their condition using the Clear Care App
- Assist with clients’ personal care activities
- Maintain clients’ care records and document provided services
- Provide companionship and basic emotional support
- Proven working experience as Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant
- Level 2 background/fingerprinting
- Current CPR
- Current TB test (within the year)
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Valid driver’s license
