Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs)

Flagstar Nursing is seeking LCSWs for a high-priority statewide government contract providing behavioral health services within Alaska correctional facilities.

These full-time positions involve delivering mental health assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and therapeutic services to individuals in custody.

This opportunity is expected to begin mid-March 2026, pending contract award.

Blended hourly rate: $78-$95 per hour

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Active LCSW (or equivalent independent clinical social work license) in any U.S. state
• Ability to pass correctional facility background clearance
• Conduct mental health screenings and clinical assessments
• Provide individual and group therapy services
• Develop treatment plans and crisis interventions
• Document services in electronic health records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary correctional healthcare teams
• Support suicide prevention and behavioral health initiatives
