This position coordinates and processes for Deaconess Home Medical Equipment & Infusion/Freedom Medical or its subsidiaries (hereafter HME). Covers the front desk, answers phones, processes referrals/requests from Case Manager/Referral RNs, Ancillary Services, physician's offices, other referral sources and clients.
Education QualificationsHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
Experience QualificationsEquivalent combination of education and experience. Required
Minimum of one year relevant experience related experience and/or training Preferred
Additional training in medical terminology, data processing and pharmacy experience. Preferred
