As the Certified Dietary Manager, you will lead the Food and Nutrition Services Department with a focus on:

• Daily operations management
• Staff supervision and training
• Patient-centered menu planning and dietary oversight
• Regulatory compliance (Title 22, Joint Commission, etc.)
• Collaboration with clinical teams on quality improvement initiatives

• Active Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) license
• Previous experience managing hospital-based food services
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic diets and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bilingual abilities a plus
