Description:

Provide clinical readiness, participant safety support, health screening, escalation, and study-protocol assistance.

• Provide participant health screening and assess conditions requiring pause, modification, or escalation.
• Respond to onsite medical events within training and license scope and coordinate emergency response when required.
• Support infection-control, hygiene, participant safety, and clinical documentation procedures.
• Advise operating teams on health-related protocol considerations and participant accommodations.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable clinical, privacy, and study requirements.

• Active California Registered Nurse license; BSN preferred; current BLS/CPR certification.
• 2+ years of clinical practice; experience in research, occupational health, outpatient care, or participant-facing studies preferred.
