Bristol Bay Area Health Corporation seeks a Diabetes Program Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to deliver comprehensive diabetes care in Dillingham, AK. The role requires NP or board-certified PA credentials and a current, unrestricted license with Alaska licensure within one year of start.
The APP will plan care for gestational diabetes and oversee patient education, documenting care and coordinating with physicians for complex cases. Travel to remote villages may be required.
