Prepares meals for patients, employees, medical staff, and visitors;
Takes and records meal temperatures at meal time;
Serves meals to all cafeteria customers, ensuring food is placed on the serving line on time and condiments needed for that meal are set out;
Accepts and reconciles deliveries and puts away stock; promptly receives deliveries when notified of their arrival, checking product sending back anything not acceptable;
Cleans work area as necessary or assigned
