Room Attendant - MFWAK

You’ll make sure our rooms and suites are always ‘fresh and welcoming’ for our guests after a busy day at work – creating a haven for them to escape and relax in - or get a bit of last minute work done.

• Make sure our rooms are at their best, making each room special and memorable for guests.
• Help guests, for example with a toothbrush or directions.
• Keep supervisor updated on room service progress and alert them to any repairs needed.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment when needed.
• Stay organized – keep on top of supplies and amenities and minimize waste.
• Reunite items with owners and log any lost and found property.
• Present yourself in uniform with pride.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties when required.
• Monitor and control supplies and amenities, minimizing waste within all areas of housekeeping.
• Report, turn in, and/or log all lost and found items according to procedures.
• Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments to ensure excellent quality and service.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects as scheduled.
• Assist with turndown duties.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

• Physical fitness is important; you’ll be on your feet most of the day.
• Strength required: lifting up to 50 pounds (23 kg) and moving heavy objects.
• Ability to bend and kneel as needed.
• Literacy skills: reading, writing, and basic math.
• Flexible shift schedule: nights, weekends, holidays.
