Director of HRCritical Access Hospital
- Reporting directly to the CEO/CFO, this role drives organizational development, compliance, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR Management, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of HR leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and compliance standards
Rural Healthcare Clinic
- Responsible for overseeing all payroll operations. Ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing. Maintains payroll systems, ensures adherence to tax and labor laws, and partners with the CHRO to align payroll with HR and organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
- 5+ years payroll experience (2+ in management)
- Strong knowledge of payroll, tax, and labor compliance
Rural Healthcare Clinic
- This role oversees the design and administration of employee benefits programs including health, wellness, retirement, and leave, ensuring they remain competitive, cost-effective, and compliant. The Benefits Manager partners with the CHRO to align benefits strategy with organizational goals and employee well-being.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of benefits administration or management experience
- Strong knowledge of benefit laws, compliance, and vendor relations
Rural Healthcare Clinic
- Leads the development and execution of recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent. Oversees full-cycle recruitment, partners with hiring managers, and drives employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
- 5–8 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including team leadership
- Skilled in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding initiatives
- Experience with recruitment metrics, DE&I efforts, and multiple hiring levels
