Responsibilities:

• Manage and publish content on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms, ensuring high-quality and consistency across localized and globalized sites.
• Utilize AEM's Multi-Site Manager (MSM) to efficiently handle site variations for different regions and languages.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure content meets global and local standards.
• Use MSM launch features for managing and scheduling the release of new site content and updates.
• Implement personalization strategies using AEM's personalization capabilities to enhance user experience.
• Perform quality assurance checks and resolve any issues related to content publishing and site management.
• Train and guide junior team members in AEM publishing processes and best practices.
• Coordinate with the development team for new feature implementations and updates.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in content management, with a focus on AEM and Multi-Site Manager.
• Proficient in managing content in AEM and using MSM for localized and globalized site management.
• Experience with MSM launch features and implementing personalization strategies in AEM.
• Strong understanding of web standards, SEO principles, and digital content best practices.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
