AEM Architect

Experience Level: 8 - 10 Years

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions in both cloud environments and on-premise setups.
• Lead the migration and transition strategies from on-premise to AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into scalable and sustainable technical architectures.
• Manage the development and maintenance of AEM templates, components, and workflows.
• Configure and maintain AEM dispatcher for caching, load balancing and security.
• Oversee integration with CDN and Edge delivery services for optimized content delivery.
• Ensure high availability, performance, compliance, and security in AEM implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with other systems and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in AEM.
• In-depth knowledge of AEM as a Cloud Service and on-premise installations.
• Proficient in AEM foundational concepts, CRX repository, JCR, OSGi framework, and AEM building blocks.
• Experience in setting up and configuring AEM dispatcher.
• Knowledge of CDN and Edge delivery mechanisms and their integration with AEM.
• Strong skills in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend languages (Java, J2EE).
• Proven experience in integrating AEM with other Adobe product suites such as Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Track record in leading technical teams and managing complex AEM projects.
