Oracle WACS Principal Consultant

The Oracle WACS Principal Consultant will support and assist in the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of solution landscape within the Work and Asset Control System (WACS) platform. This role will serve as the techno-functional subject matter expert, working closely with stakeholders across Business, Technology, Operations, Maintenance, and Asset Management to ensure optimal use of the module in supporting asset lifecycle and field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client business requirements and translate to WACS configurations.
• Configure WACS for Utilities (Electric & Gas).
• Create/modify workflows to enable business best practices.
• Support the end-to-end implementation of the WACS module, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Act as the support liaison between business users and technology teams to align the module’s functionality with operational needs.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed process documentation, training materials, and user guides for work management functions.
• Review and support Program and Project processes, including planning, execution tracking, and close-out workflows.
• Provide support for integration efforts with related modules and external systems as defined by solution architecture.
